Magazine Overview
The magazine, written by IDD ORG and several experts, examines the center of global
climate diplomacy, the COP procedures, in regard to Türkiye’s strategic vision and
host perspective, since it will be the host country of COP31. It also provides a COP
terminology dictionary that will be beneficial both for delegates and enthusiasts
during the COP31 process, while offering a multidimensional perspective to readers
by integrating different fields such as data analysis, policy, geography, biodiversity,
and sociology.
With its comprehensive content, ranging from the meaning of COP31
for Türkiye and the capacity of the hosting city, Antalya, to public expectations and
interviews with experts, the journal aims to highlight Türkiye’s potential of climate
action at both national and international levels.
Book Overview

Aydan Comba is a dedicated climate activist and youth leader who has taken on key roles in global institutions such as the United Nations Environment Programme and the European Union. She is also a TEDx speaker, known for her work as an entrepreneur and climate advocate. She is the founding president of IDD ORG, a dynamic international organization bringing together over 500 members from 56 countries, working collectively for environmental justice and sustainability. Her leadership and impact in science and innovation have been recognized by the New York Academy of Sciences, where she was selected as one of the world’s leading young STEM leaders. Aydan also proudly represented Turkey as one of the 30 most impactful young leaders chosen by the Global Youth Movement, highlighting her role in shaping a more sustainable and equitable future.
